Tianyu completed another supply of chequer supports for Danieli, for use in a metallurgical project in Canada.
As part of the continued cooperation between the two companies, Tianyu was responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of the chequer supports in accordance with the project requirements.

Project Execution
The project covered the key stages from drawing confirmation and production planning through to casting, inspection, packing and delivery.
Throughout the manufacturing process, the production and quality control activities were carried out in line with the agreed technical requirements. Close coordination was maintained with Danieli to support the project schedule and delivery arrangements.
Quality Control
Chequer supports are critical cast components used in hot blast stove systems. Consistent manufacturing and quality control are therefore important throughout the production process.
For this project, inspections were carried out during the relevant stages of manufacturing to verify that the products met the applicable technical and quality requirements before shipment.
Project Result
The goods were successfully completed and delivered for the Canadian end user as planned.
